Headunit Warning Start Message

This application has been created to fill a hole in the Android chinese headunits, I mean that these units don't have a Safety Warning Message when unit boots up, like these embeeded in new cars, to prevnt the driver about the danger of look at screen while driving. It starts automatically after system boot and fade in a safety message for 5 seconds, then fade out the message and close. Nothing complicated but maybe effective ?, anyway a safety warning message could not be bad at all !
